Music Issue 2019 • Editorial

In 2019 Pipe Dream’s Arts & Culture section produced the first and only Music Issue. Articles featured local artists, the Binghamton music scene, and writer-created playlists. I wanted this issue to really get the featured bands as well as readers excited, so I focused on pure CMYK Magenta. Extra wide bold type sits heavy at the top, often punching through photos to punctuate the page.
